Team building on the water
Bring your team together for a different kind of day out — private sailing along the Marbella coast, where relaxation and teamwork meet the open sea.
A day at sea, together
Enjoy a private sailing experience that combines fresh air, teamwork and time on the water. For larger groups we coordinate a small fleet of sailing boats — up to seven guests on each — so your whole team can sail together as one experience.
Scaled to your group size
Adapted to your schedule
The route and activities adapt to the weather, your group's preferences and the time you have on the water.
Arranged in advance
Because team-building days involve coordinating several boats and skippers, availability is confirmed ahead of time. Tell us your group size and your preferred date and time, and we'll organise the fleet around you.
A relaxed afternoon at sea, a team celebration, or a change from the office
Whatever the occasion, we'll shape the experience around your team. Get in touch to plan your team sailing day in Marbella.
